Got tomtom go and want to download the traffic option off the tomtom web site but it keeps saying it's not possable for my model. Don't know why!!!

Anyone able to help or got a number to phone a tomtom directly

Think the traffic option does not work on the Classic (GO) model but works on the 300, 500, and 700 models,
but best to check with TomTom support no is 0845 161 0009
