If you want to try & repair it a friend of mine has a couple of small jewellery shops, 1 in Leighton Buzzard & 1 in Chesham if any good to you?

I had a silver torque bangle like this
Which I caught on something and bent (it too was hollow), when I tried carefully to bend it back it snapped
Obviously good quality then 
I then went to a silversmith and had him make me up a beautiful, solid, good quality version which was much, much nicer
