+70 or 0070 is the japanesse dialing code IIRC.... Im sure someone will confirm or tell you otherwise but it sounds like youve received a call from Japan or another country with that dialing code....

Interesting - I received a missed call on my Voda mobi today
007099 *** ***
Not a mobile I recognised & I was sus of the two zeros at the start but I dialed the number from the office phone but without the extra 0 & got some strange answering service thing that tried 3 numbers for the person I was calling (no answer) before telling me to ring back again another time.
If it's a scam, what is it?
