Ok here goes...
purchased a monopoly game for my daughter off ebay, £16 inc delivery, paid via paypal...
never recieved the item, after several mails from this woman promising to deliver and asking when we are in i gave up and opend a deispute...
The transaction was on the 7th may i opened the dispute on the 23rd june...
Waited a while for a responce but nothing happen so escalated the dispute just now, checked with paypal to reclaim the $$$ and guess what!!!!
sorry sir you opend the dispute 2 days after the deadline and we can't refund the $$$ AGGggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr not fecking happy at all. now! so i says to the guy; ok you now have to give me the deatils of the seller! no sir we can't do that, so after me ranting and losing it spouting legal bollox they are calling back within 24hours... how the **** can they withhold information when they have acted as a intermediary on a finnacial transaction, they handled the money; and ok they now have said i can't claim, they must be legaly abbliged to proved me with the name and address of the person who legaly still has my $$$$
not a happy boy at the moment!

Can't help with paypal n ebay.

But Amazon have the original monopoly for circa £14 + P&P, just incase you still want it for your daughter.

oh and use this u might get his info address contact number etc, they get you're info as well.

If you have your original "winning" email from eBay then scroll down it to click on exchange contact details.

Alternatively if you don't have it but have the sellers username and the item number, then access the same facility via the help pages.

cheers chuck but i think her paypal accounts been suspended so, looks like i'll be having a legal argument with paypal... that should be interesting...
