Do you believe in anything strongly enough to die for it?
In the light of the news that last weeks explosions look like they were suicide bombings I’m at a loss to understand what drives someone to believe so passionately in something that they are prepared to give their own life for the cause.
So is there anything you think is worth dieing for?

Asked me 5 years ago I would have been tempted to say our country but nar, I think Id let England/Britain get run over whilst I flee to somewhere a little better

let me tell you I nearly died for both once and i'd do it again
everyday I see them I think how lucky I am to have them and am so glad I acted the way I did.

Moses, I couldn't care whether you or anyone on this board are bright green. You have to admit - saying you would separate his head from his body is a little over the top.
I think that its mainly because British/Western culture sees that beheading someone is a medieval practice, something that belongs in the dark ages. The western world already has the idea that Islam is a religion with outdated beliefs and statements like yours just perpetuate it.
