Looking at a few changes Chez Jods.

Kitchen pushed back into utility and downstairs loo to add a breakfast counter + flat screen TV

utility & d/stairs loo move into ajacent d/s office (walled off -some pipework involved)

Garage to front converted into bigger office with door access to new utility / loo and new hallway

New hallway taken from conversion of front garage.

Looking for an h'architect to oversee initial project plans
