Carpet cleaner

Looking at getting one of these for spills on carpet and pet accidents !!!

Anybody got any recommendations ???

Hagesan carpet stain remover. Blindingly good on everything from baby sick to cat poo. Tried and tested by the management.

I borrowed a VAX the other day following my dogs 'Poo Fountain' party trick. It was a bit of a job convincing my friend to to lend it to me, but thankfully he did and it did a grand job. This was on a natural fibre carpet, stupid stuff to have on the floor with a dog in the house, but it was there before him.

Star Brite make a carpet and rug cleaner which is spray on and easy to use. It works extremely well and no damage to the carpet.

It is sold for boats and you can get it in a chandler's or somewhere where they sell bits for boats.
