Age and co-ordination ???
Hmmmm it's a funny thing age isn't it. At the tender age of 35 I never really gave getting older lot of thought but recently I have noticed something quite strange.
Since I could walk I have been totally un-able to walk upstairs like a normal human being. I have always run or jumped at least 2 stairs at a time and never batted an eyelid.
Recently I fear the co-ordination may be flagging....... I've lost the knack completely. I now get half way up and suffer a panic attack not knowing what to do with the next foot on it's way up.
It's nightmare, I now regularly grind to a halt half way up the stairs and have to start all over again.
Is this the shape of things to come I fear. Oh Joy !!!!!

Weird eh when you stop and think about it....... It's not until I found my running up stairs ability was going to rat **** that I realise I ran up-stairs so much......
I'm sure there's a fancy medical name for it somewhere
Closet stair runners sign in here then I feel

I think that i must do it because it gets me to the top quicker for a quick exertion of effort rather than a slow trudge which pisses me off and makes me feel more exerted once at the top. and takes longer

I don't think i have ever used every step on a flight of stairs unless carrying something heavy and i always run up them whenever possible, don't know why just always have. I'm only 27 but must admit that a few times lately i have stopped halfway up to wonder what foot goes where!
