I've not sen the verdict, but here's how I see it panning out: (based on watching American justice),
Jury finds him guilty.
He gets imprisonment.
He is let out on license while he appeals.
His verdict is overturned.
He walks away laughing.

He is guilty of extreme naaivity in a modern society where, when this sort of thing happens, it usually IS molestation of some sort. He should've known better, but i bet he won't do it again!!
