Jacko saw himself as a father figure to these children, looking at it from his point of view he wasn't doing anything wrong. Many parents let their children sleep in their beds. I'm not saying that he's right in what he has done, he didn't see the wrong in it. I'm sure that he will learn from this and hopefully not have children at his place without the parents/guardians present.

He is guilty of extreme naaivity in a modern society where, when this sort of thing happens, it usually IS molestation of some sort. He should've known better, but i bet he won't do it again!!
We will never know the truth of what happened or whether the young lad was a victim or an opportunist. However it cant be questioned that some of his behaviour towards children was not what most people consider normal. I am a parent of young boys and i would never let my children sleep in a room with a 42 year old man. There is definatley a question to be asked as what the parents were thinking of. Whether Jackson slept on the floor or in the bed he should have slept in another bedroom.

I've not listened to most of the evidence just like probably everyone else commenting. However what I did see is that the mother was a proven liar and moneygrabber, seems to me the jury have probably got it right.

This place is like a kangaroo court! Everyone knows the facts before they are even told! hehe!

Regardless of the verdict, he's still the same old oddball that he was before. I wonder if any of his supporters would let thier kids be left alone with him overnight, I know I would not.

Jeff, he is not guilty.
Just like OJ was in fact.

Innocent is something different and not necessarily determined by a court of law.

I wonder when the civil case will start to sue him for the cash. IIRC that's what happened with OJ and the level of certainty to get a "guilty" verdict is nothing like as severe as in a law court.

How on earth could you 'know' this? Suspect, believe, hope yes but unless you were there how would you 'know'.

Same goes for those that still believe he is guilty, do you know any facts that the jury doesn't? They had the case presented to them and found him not guilty.

The ONLY conclusion to this is to take it as read that he is not guilty, that's what the courts are for.

In the eys of the law, I think you'll find that he's innocent UNTIL proven guilty, therefor he IS innocent as he's NOT been proven guilty.

Simple

If Tom Sneddon couldnt find something to stick in the last 10-15 years he's been trying to "get" MJ, then I'm sorry to say peeps, there's nothing there to find.

I'm just glad some of you mooks werent on the jury...

Oh, mustnt forget the lewis wink (tm) in case someone took offense...

One of the jury has been quoted as saying

"We had a closet full of evidence that always came back to the same thing - it was not enough,"

hardly a wholehearted endorsement of innocence

Could be why the "others" didn't come forward at this time? Prefer to be 3rd or 4th in line and stand a better chance?

How do I know?????? Not just the courts found him INNOCENT but also everyone who's been a fan of Michael like I have for many years. He has a love of children that isn't based on sex, he genuinely loves them like you or I would a brother or sister.
He's a lovely man who has been victimised by trailer trash money grabbers.
