Unhappy Owwwww!!

Been out on the VERY Rough sea today - opened her up and slammed into a massive wave!! my arm smashed against the cockpit handrail - swelled up like a good 'un!!

If you were at Littlehampton, at the entrance to the River Arun and saw a Larson 4.3 Litre Volvo V6 Powered SpeedBoat crashing through the white horses ..... it was me!! and I very quickly came back into shelter of the river!!

I am in pain - whats good for a big swelling?? (please NO smutty jokes about busty women!!)

I'd normally say a couple of ibuprofen, but depends on how your heart is if you believe all you hear on the news lately, try some bags of frozen peas (if you can stand the cold)

oh yeah & keep it elevated

Cheers mate - I applied a couple of ice cold bottles of beer to it when it happened.

It's really swollen! I reckon it's got to be a multiple facture??

Glad to see you've still got your sense of humour, can't be that bad then.

Is that funfair that I remember as a child still there? We used to go there on an annual school outing.

Pete,

I live in Littlehampton, and I can't believe someone of your wealth and stature would demean yourself to come anywhere near the place!

Leslie,

Yes the funfair is still here - it's called Harbour Park, and is basically a handfull of rides aimed at the under-10's, and a small amusement arcade.
