Stamp Duty???
Advice needed ...just sold my house & moving into my partners (which she owns) ...Ive used my collateral to pay most of her mortgage off & we're now setting up a new mortgage in both names ...question is: am i liable to pay stamp duty? & if so how much??? (house valued @ 200K)

If you are buying half the house from her you would usually have to pay stamp duty - However - as the bit you are purchasing falls below the 120k starting rate you don't have to pay.
