A Good Cause...
Mods/webbie, please leave this here as it is for a very good cause!!
For those of you who I have not bored to death with this already, I will be leading team #89 in the Microsoft UK Challenge this year.
This is a 4 day event where 125 teams of 6 from various companies compete against one another raising money for the NSPCC.
The event will see us running, cycling and canoeing across some of the most challenging terrain the UK has to offer. Over the 4 days, I expect myself and my team to cover about 85km (that's 2 marathons!) on foot and as much again by bike.
In 2004, £450,000 was raised for the NSPCC, this year we are hoping to break the half million mark. Please help us make a difference by pledging to sponsor Team 89 - LogicaCMG Financial Services, at http://www.sponsorshipform.org.uk/
You will be able to watch how the event proceeds (and how well we do) with programmes being broadcast on Sky Sports and C4.
You are excused duty if you have already sponsored me for my RNIB parachute jump!!!
Thanks in advance!
Rich
