Default Getting a car trailored

Anyone got any idea how much it would be to have a car trailored from just outside newcastle to essex?

or anyone got any details of any companies that could do it?

If you look on ebay under classic cars, there 's a company that advertises its services for trailering cars around the UK.

probably about 300 quid IMO

or you could join the AA relay and then ring up a couple of days later to say you had broken down on route to essex. They would then have to tow you there free. (80 odd quid to join)

does the aa thing really work though if the car has not tax or mot?

have seen a little project that i wouldn't mind getting and £80 does seem a lot better than £300. i'll have a look an e-bay as well.

cheers guys,

They'll never check the mot, but the lack of window rent might be a bit of a problem

window rent, love it

ive had cars towed many times and can never recall ever being asked for more than my name, and aa card. thats it. The towtruck drivers dont give a ****, theyre just there to pick it up and move it and get it done as quick as.
