Getting a car trailored
Anyone got any idea how much it would be to have a car trailored from just outside newcastle to essex?
or anyone got any details of any companies that could do it?

probably about 300 quid IMO
or you could join the AA relay and then ring up a couple of days later to say you had broken down on route to essex. They would then have to tow you there free. (80 odd quid to join)

Easily the cheapest way to get a motor moved
absolutely, just done it to get the scoob taken from london to coventry. Plus im covered for breakdown for the rest of the year too
Theres no cheaper way to move your car to anywhere in the UK.
does the aa thing really work though if the car has not tax or mot?
have seen a little project that i wouldn't mind getting and £80 does seem a lot better than £300. i'll have a look an e-bay as well.
cheers guys,

ive had cars towed many times and can never recall ever being asked for more than my name, and aa card. thats it. The towtruck drivers dont give a ****, theyre just there to pick it up and move it and get it done as quick as.
