Imagine this situation. . . . New girlfriend coming over to dinner - I want to cook something nice. . . . Chinese.

Off I toddle to buy the bits for chicken with ginger & spring onion.

I get home and start to prep.

My mind goes blank - How do you cook / prepare ginger? Off I go to trusty google and type in:

“Root ginger preparation” – without the quotes

I've seen some excuses for searching for filth on the interweb, but this takes the ginger biscuit!
