Theatre shows on in London - any recommendations please?

Saw 'A life in the theatre' with Patrick Stewart last month; very good, but finished now. Would recommend 'The Mousetrap' if you haven't seen it, 'Chicago' is excellent.

Lion King is fantastic
Woman in White - pretty good
One flew over the cuckoos nest (Christian Slater) - pretty good
Could try 'Some Girls' - opening end of May with David Schwimmer and Saffron Burrows, as it should be good.

I went and saw chitty chitty bang bang last year sometime, and it was my very first show I had ever been to, which didnt interest me before. I really thought i would fall asleep in it at some point. To my amazment I was dumbstruck as i couldnt take my eyes of the stage(hardly blinking) and on several occasions was told to shut my mouth(some people found that funny), as i was in awe of what was going on(I still reckon that car was actually flying) wowee
After that one i have now been a few, We Will Rock you was fantastic, gets the whole audience involved, great show.
And recently been to see the Lion King last month and Mary Poppins the weekend just gone, the Lion King was probably the best, very well put together. Mary Poppins is quite new, and i thought it was strange as they have added songs that wernt in the film, but still a very good show...
Now dont you think they should do a Star Wars Show?

Thanks for that, SG. Seen Lion King, thought it was good, not great. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang sounds like the Abba musical, Mamma Mia, in that you're *sure* you'll hate it, but end up loving every minute!

I just thought i would hate shows in general, but ended up loving every minute, one thing i do hate though is sitting in them small chairs which are the most uncomfortable things i have ever sat in, and if you are positioned next to a big boned person, be prepared for a long night, lmao.
Enjoy the show Telboy, which ever one you choose.

Over the last few years the missus has dragged me to see:
Mamma Mia
Bombay Dreams
Jerry Springer the Opera
and I have to say that I enjoyed every last motherf*cking one of them!
Don't know if they are still playing though.

Had you considered 'Blood Brothers' Tel? Most people seem to enjoy it, I quite enjoyed it myself when I was faced with a compulsary visit to the theatre with my future in-laws.
