I found it strange the way the guy's head just slumped down on his chest and then he woke up to the horn blast. Also seemed a bit strange the way his mates all went along with it - if that was my mate I'd have been saying "hang on - wtf are you doing here? we're trying to have a quiet drink and now you're wheeling Joe about on a f*ckin hospital bed?"
No doubt DB is a very clever chap, though.
