I had a bacon and egg thingy a while back, ****e bacon, rubbery egg, all lovingly slapped into the microwave by a snotty chav. Quite possibly one the most disgusting sarnies I have ever had the pleasure of biting into and throwng straight into the bin.

Subway was the reason I first started saying tomato American-style - I got tired of the blank looks when I asked for lettuce and toh-mah-toe.
Gone off it of late though, Quizno's subs are better.

I've been once, had a steak thing that was rather like chewing gristley leather. I wouldn't rush back, I'd rather go to McDonalds and have a better class of junk food

Can't stand the nasty American-style bread they use. Created for lazy Americans who need to be able to 'gum' their food into submission with no tooth-action required. Not like real bread at all - more like chewing an old chamois leather...
If it's "baked freshly in-store" why is it already stale when I buy it?
Stick it in a nice French stick or a traditional bread roll and they'd probably sell loads more.

Subway or Quizno's, very difficult to choose between them!
Got to say a nice footlong steak and cheese with bacon and southwest sauce does fill a hole when you've just been on a four mile walk with the hound, plus if you can't eat it all, said hound will gladly help you out
Only downside about Quizno's is the adverts with Don Cherry whose a bit of a pillock to say the least. Think Jimmy Hill but a thousand times more annoying and a worse dress sense.

Chicken fajita, red onions, gherkins, jalepenos and their spicy sauce.
Soft rolls are better than crustys.

There's not many things that I miss about working in Stoke, but I do miss the local deli that was across the road (the one in Milton, just down from the Co-op). Aah, pastrami and cheese on ciabatta, yummy.
