Labour....
Some bloke knocks on my door this morning (Sunday), around 10am.
Very polite, "I would just like to ask if you will be voting for your labour candidate".
"No" I replied and shut the door.
Felt a bit rude afterwards, but that feeling passed quickly...
30 mins later, the actual Labour candidate knocks on my door. A flurry of expletives left my mouth, which she may of heard as the window is wide open.
I open the door. Polite again and then stated, "I was told that you would not vote for me unless I came to see you."
I replied, "No, I was asked if I was voting labour and said no." That concluded my converstation, the door was put back in its frame.
Why do they feel the constant need to lie?

A couple of days ago the Labour lot were in our street, me the wife and kids had been out but arrived home just as they posted a leaflet through our letterbox so i missed the oppurtunity to tell them they will not be getting my vote 
We get out of the car and my 6 year old daughter picks up the said leaflet whilst the MP is talking to my neighbour and without any prompting says in the loudest of voices (outside our front door) "whats this voting rubbish" and rips up the leaflet

before anyone has a go she would've have done it to any leaflet as she didn't know which party it was from.
