Any good sites on divorce/custody of children?
A friend of mine(yes really a friend!..Im single!) has ased me for advise on divorce, as I work in the Law...
However I know nothing about divorce/custody of kids...there must be a good website or two about the basics on these issues.....and if anyone can find it, its you scoobynetters!

try lawontheweb you should find something there and if he wants a guide to maintenance payments CSA formula now is simple 1 kid 15% of net salary, 2 kids 20%, 3 or more 25%, simplified I know but seems better than previous complicated formulae etc. i am lucky, amenable ex-wife, one kid, no grief.
