Oh dear, oh dear, we are in for a hammering!
Police are trialling a system which doles out points for certain offences. Officers are to have a target of 200 points per month. And guess what? Yup, motoring offences are the easiest way to get those quotas!!!! miserable reading

Class - more points for being the lead at a fatal accident than anything else (50), you only get 10 for an abduction FFS. 5 points for most traffic offences any yet on 2 points for an illegal immigrant.

I like the way it says how the card MIGHT look. Anyway, the sun is either for a)stupid people, b)people who don't really want to know what the news is or c) those that don't care about anything as long as naked big **** are involved

Great so they will all try to accrue as many points as they can. And the easy target for that will be an immigrant with mental health problems, or the harmless motorist? That's a bit of a no brainer really, even for a policeman.
