Happy B Day - I'm 31 and was really looking forward to 30. And nowl, roll on 40
My reckoning is that you've only got to be worried if you haven't led a good life up until now - no wasted opportunities etc.
I've got a couple of regrets so far, but nothing I wouldn't change (much!! )
Have a good day, but don't dwell on reflection. The's only one direction - forward

Happy Birthday! (From an old g!t of 43 ...). It's not all bad. First kid the day before my 43rd b'day so up to the arm pits in nappies. Keeps you young ... most *age* stuff is in the mind anyway. Remember you're only as young as you feel - or as young as who you feel ... or something ... :-)
Enjoy!
Dave
Enjoy!

Welcome to the old knackers club
I'm 41 with 42 looming on the horizon later this year and I've never felt better. The nice thing about being in your 40's is that you know you're turning into your parents but you don't actually care
Sal (free of the angst of youth at last )

Nice Pressie
Sounds like me watching a Utd game on Prem Plus, we either lose or draw, had a old friend come round at the weekend, his birthday, and I said I'd rather not purchase the match due to the above reasons, talked me into it and Hey Presto we go down 2-0 , not that it would have mattered anyway if we had of won
Not far behind you, 18 months away and cant stand the thought of becoming 40!!
