european law legislation?
hi all I have just been thretened with the following legislation, yet I cannot find anything relating to it.
anyone on here shead any light?

I'm no expert, but it doesn't look like EU legislation to me. If it's come from german bloke, perhaps it's german legislation.
Much EU law is actually implemented by each country making their own laws in response to EU directives.

Do a Google for "326 BGB" and specify that you only want results in English. It provides 95 hits (there are over 5000 hits when German results are included). Have a look and see if anything looks similar to your situation.
