Tim, You let that cottage yet??
Can you tell me why some owners will not drop the price of a cottage, despite there being 6 days left and it will remain empty?
If they are happy to let it out in December at, say, £150 ....... why will they not drop that same property to £150 in April if its still empty? some will haggle, but most just don't want to?
Funny way to run a business?
Anyway - what relation is she then?
