Default WHATS THIS ALL ABOUT THEN??
Hanging a black rag/hankerchief from the back of your car(towhitch/bumper etc)?????

Seen it a fair few times now...every car that had this also had something else in common..I wont say what at the moment..

Does anyone know what this signifies??

Somone recently died to the strain and lack of dignity of towing a carvan. Its a mark of respect, a bit like a black arm band.

some asians hang these from the cars. this supposedly keeps the car safe from bad sights and jealous thoughts. don't know if it works though

Yea..there all on cars driven by asians....So is it Asian accies fansasian gangs or asian caravanners?

Suspect its non of the above..
