I don't speak latin, but I'm fluent in google:

I assume you mean - de minimis non curat lex

Which translates to:

The law does not concern itself with trifles.

Maybe not his but it has mine. Despite being told we are not allowed to use it anymore it's still the easiest way to get your point across to a fellow Solicitor.

I have to say it was not much good in my chosen profession Myknickers, but it did seem to help when learning other languages.

I would have thought the well known extract "discordia maximae dilabuntur" would have been more appealing to your ethos....

It wasn't an apology. Merely a statement of fact.

Reformation can only follow repent, and repent includes apology. Therefore apology accepted!

I don't ascribe to your opinion on reformation. As there is no need for an apology one hasn't been offered for you to accept.
It's good to see someone with such an old fashioned protestant ethic though. However it probably explains why you don't get much.

I think you will find my definition of reformation is more mainstream than your own, especially given that you are exposing yourself as anything BUT reformed with your inability to resist going for the dig.... and to someone who has just accepted your apology.... shame on you!

And all it took was was a little tweak to your pride!

If you want to tweak other men's "pride" as you put it may I suggest stop following me around on threads like a servile little dog. If you want to do some pride tweaking go and talk to your friend McJock the gnome. I believe he's still sat on a hill somewhere contemplating his own demise.
