Mrs bought a DVD BJones The Edge Of Reason . Not to bad a thing that it will not play
But don't undersatnd why this is happening ?
Can i sort it , the player is a Sony DVP/NS300. good one

Where did you buy the disc? Are you just trying to play a region 1 disc on a region 2 player?

If so, you just need to enable multi-region playback on your DVD player. A quick search of the 'net for "Sony DVP-NS300 multi region" should reveal all.

Failing that, have a chat with the youngest, dodgiest looking sales guy in your local Sony Centre They have been known to zap them prior to sale when asked, so may do it for you if you ask nicely

Another option is to call into Richer Sounds and buy a multi-region player for £20.

Have you tried the disc a few times,my Sony often comes up with the C1300 "disc is dirty error",i just take it uot and put it back.

and once u search for a dvd codebreaker website search for your model and number and it will tell u what to do using your remote
