i want to buy one so i don't have to travel 5 miles to a jetwash to clean the car , i know, lazy tw*t , any recommendations ??

Another vote for a Karcher. Have had numerous models over the years. Did have a problem with one of them, but returned it and got a replacement with no quibbles.
Perfect for cleaning the patio or the scoob (waits for the cries of horror )

Dont buy cheap!!! - I bought one last summer from Morrisons - I think it cost a badgers foot and some fluff and after a few squirts it went flacid - well the gun split and I was never that confident they'd realised the combination of water and electric on concrete was a dangerous one!!! It was well dodgy!
