Default iPod owners - cleaning

Hello follow clones My ipod photo screen scratches easily and apparently there's no 'skin' available for the 60gb version to keep it protected. I'm rather careful but being in the pocket for the commute, the screen is picking up some minor abrasions. Anyone know anything that's good for cleaning the screen? Seen some ipod cleaning products but these are poor value as essentially they're just some chemical compound 're-badged' so probably actually cost a few pence. Currently thinking glass cleaner of some sort? Could be used for any mp3 player or mobile phone too I shouldn't wonder.

Try Nail Varnish remover or Acetone, will clean the screen no problem

I remember trying Brasso on mine and it worked to a certain extent...didn't harm it anyway.

Also - Apple do iPod Socks which fit my 60gb iPod Photo perfectly. It's sitting in one on my desk as I type! £19 for a pack of 6 different colour ones.

Apparently the iSkin EVO2 does fit the 60GB ipod. Have a look here

I've got one for the 40GB and it's great

Burr - what's the chemical make-up. I'm sure you could get the same unbranded stuff for a pittance. Questions is, from where?
