Following on from the thread about kebabs, i thought up the idea the other day of doing a day of eating only doner kebabs. This will be like the supersize me thing, but not a month only a day. I figure as i get pretty hungry ill be eating at least 5 or 6 in the day.

gonna schedule it for next weekend i think, have to plan it out

any thoughts on the consequences ?

You will lose weight by eating just Kebabs for a month as it pretty much follows Dr Atkins recommendations.
