Great, you make your targets, nay exceed them and look what happens! The people that have worked so hard to help the sick children must be feeling pretty sick themselves at that.

Surely they should have learnt that that many children needed treatment, so increase funding, not try and recoup the so called losses. Wrong....

This is beyond sad, it's morally corrupt.
That they have to reduce their spending for next year because they treated too many people last year is disgusting beyond belief. You cannot accurately predict how many children are going to get ill. Where would these "extra" kids go instead. To another hospital that doesn't specialise in kids (so possibly inferior treatment), which then has it's budget cut? Nauseating to say the least.
