Raj - I think you have to wait until April. Basically the choice seems to be to put it into a cash account at about 5%, or else put into into an index tracking type account. These all seem to be charging 1.5% in management fees, which is pretty lame as a normal index tracking ISA can be had for as little as 0.5% or even 0.3% management costs - I don't see why a kiddies one should cost more, they are managed by computers in any case. A few providers have still to release the details of their funds, I'm hoping someone will come in with a low fee at the last minute.
