Question Internet buying

Just bought an in-car PDA holder from Handnav. Mistakenly they have sent me a second one a few weeks after the first one, although not charged me for it.

Can I just keep this one? For free? I seem to recall these European Distance Selling Regulations saying that unsolicited (which is what it is really) things arriving at your door can be kept at no charge.

If so, does anyone want a IPAQ holder?

from memory, you are legally obliged to let them know they've sent you the item in error.

They then have a reasonable time to sort it out (4 weeks?), after that it's yours.

Send notifaction by rec del for your recoreds.

When you say sort it out, you mean they have to pick it up?

And before anyone says otherwise, I do have every intention of sending it back!
