Go like **** of a shovel - really meaty turbo on it. They handle really well, other than the tail being a bit loose when it's wet/empty.

Ride is nice & comfy.

If you've never driven a vehicle with a digital tacho on it can get interesting. The first day I used one I ended up with a blank chart because it goes the other way round to the old sort. We've also had a bloke who got his settings confused and ended up having a 4 hour break with a 45 minute work period! The thing automatically sets itself to rest when you put the disc in so you have to remember to check the mode switch when you roll out.

Anything else give me a shout.

 

What about the driving position? Good? Bad? Average?

Heard of any problems with it?

 

One thing I don't like is the lack of blindspot mirrors, especially on the passenger side. Had a couple of close shaves with dicks who insist on sitting where you can't see them. Although saying that, it's certainly better than the pre-facelift version.

Cab is nice and comfy, seats adjust about 200 different ways and the controls are in easy reach. I occasionally suffer with my back if there is not proper lumbar support, but I'm fine in these.

They seem to be very reliable and fairly easy on the diesel.

 

How much experience have you of these? Any problems with pedals or leg room or foot room?

 

Buy a Volvo, imo the best wagon on the road throughout the ranges

 

Been driving them for about 18 months on and off (if I'm not driving LGV1), and have had no problems. I'm 6'0" and don't have any bother with where anything is.
