ok folks

starting to look for some new horizons,

just updated CV only thing is

job at moment been in 10+ years, in the meantime have moved house twice, have no idea where qualifications are, any idea what employees would ask or say

basically its "o" levels and and HNC,

what are my options or future employer ?

Well in 20 years and about 6 jobs, the only time I've ever been asked for proof of qualifications was the first job out of polytechnic. I shouldn't worry about it too much. I think that, after the first couple of years, experience counts for more than paper qualifications anyway.

If they ask just put down what you've got and track them down later if/when they ask for proof. Good references from your current employer will be as/more important.

I'd be amazed if anyone asks for proof, especially now you've got real experience. I've never been asked for GCSE, A level or degree certificates.
