Advise about handing in notice :)
Situation is i work for a bunch of T@ssers and i want to leave asap. I have no written contract but have worked here 3 years so believe i have a verbal one
Now i get paid tomorrow by chq but for certain reasons I need to hand in my notice today but still want to collect wages tomorrow.
Now can they legally withhold what i have earnt? Note the legal bit And yes they really are that bad

Yes you are correct, you have a contract of employment even though you don't have it in writing.
No they can't legally hold back wages that you have earned.
HTH.
John.
Edited to add: unless you owe the company money (eg for holidays taken in excess of your entitlement).
