Ipod Mini?

Ipod Mini?
How many albums/tracks can a 4GB ipod mini realisticly hold?
Just wondering if one of these is enough instead of a normal ipod? Does anyone actually use all the memory in their ipods?
Any help would be great!
Thanks
Jonnie

My girlfriends has about 850 tracks and there is a fair bit of space left. The new 6gb version isn't a bad buy now at £175.
I managed to fill my previous 20gig, but currently on a 60gig which I also backup data too and store photos too.

I have a 40Gig iPod and have about 5000 tracks on it. It is full and I have to keep swapping things around.
It must be said that some of the tracks I have on there are in Apple Lossless format and there might even be the very rare .WAV file. Also some are full performances of classical works or full live performances and so are certainly much longer than the 3 - 4 minute average.
I guess what you need depends on what you want. In my case I would like the iPod to be about 300Gig but I play musical chairs with my 40Gig but you might not have that much music, or may have everything as short tracks and fairly low bit rate mp3.

We've had the debate about the mini vs the full size here before.
One of the dev teams sister's wanted a mini, we did the math and showed her that apart from it looking funky, it would be far better to just pay aprox 100 quid more and get a full size ipod with a larger capacity.
I wanted to have my complete CD collection on my iPod, so the Shuffle or the Mini just would not be a sensible option. I've got about 10GB free on the 40GB iPod at the moment, so that should last me for a while.

would have to agree with markus. the mini is great but you can never quite get all your collection on it.... and you always want to play the one track/album that you forgot to load onto it.
the 40GB or new 30GB ipod photo would be the best bet (http://www.apple.com/uk/ipodphoto/)
