lol.. Spotted some li'l b*stards doing the same to my GF's Clio last night.. Watched them out the window throwing snowballs over the embankment and onto the main road whilst debating whether to go out and say something and risk a kicking (there were about 8 of them). When they turned to get more snow off the car they saw me and suddenly the bay window of the house was plastered in snow. Little c*nts know no respect anymore.

I love snow and I'm old!! When I was a kid I lived in Hertfordshire and we got some decent snow every few years. But the real fun stuff 6 foot drifts etc was always in Kent/Sussex blown in from Moscow or wherever (the cold war?) on an East wind. Now I live in Sussex and there is never any bloody snow sodding global warming me thinks.....

So you drive your cars in snow, rain, sleet, hail, mud, behind cars/lorries chucking up stones etc. and you're peed off with a few kids throwing harmless snowballs at your cars and houses. Unless any damage is caused, then why get stressed up about it.

There's always a chance of damaging a car with a snowball, but it's a very slim one. Out of the '000's I've thrown over the years I've not damaged one yet.
It's not lack of respect with snowballs, it's just having a bit of fun.
chill out and enjoy it. if some wee ****** hits your window, go out and pelt them with some snowballs. you never know, you might actually enjoy it and the kids may think your alright
or at best, you'll hit them a bit hard, make them cry and see them run home to their mums

Take one generous handful of gravel and add 3 handfuls of snow, compact into a nice hard, icey ball, aim at kid's noggin and fire!!!
They won't be able to retaliate because this secret formula of snowball has been unknown to kids since Labour banned snow in playgrounds!

Hey, hey.. I'm not a miserable git! For one I never said anything to them, for two they were throwing snowballs down onto cars travelling along the main road -pretty stupid IMO- and for three when they pelted the house I was laughing.. All the same though, I wouldn't have dared do that when I was a kid for fear of putting a window through. And snowballs at cars was a big no-no.

I've never grown up either! Any decent snow and I'm out building snowmen, throwing snowballs and sledging down hills and any bit of cardboard I can find! Anything was fair game as a snowball target when I was a kid - especially busses! When I saw my car with the tell tale scoops of snow removed from it yesterday I had a little chuckle and wished I didn't have to go to work!
Only problem is I'm in Walthamstow today and there's no snow anywhere....

As far as I'm concerned it's perfectly ok for all the kids in the world to throw snowballs from snow gathered off my car, just not Little B*stard next door who I hate with a passion
