£2000 down the toilet!
Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe's visit the site of his father's ashes costs taxpayers £2000.
He shouldn't be alive, let alone sent out on a 'jolly'!!
I would rather 100 hard-up pensioners got £20 each!!
