12yr old on DD Ban
A girl of 12 who stole her fathers car whilst being twice over the legal limit appeared in court yesterday................. She was banned for two years !!!!!!
Inspector Wayne Smith of Wiltshire Police said: "She was a danger to herself and others. Her licence will be endorsed when she gets one and this will have a bearing on insurance premiums, so it will hit her later in life."
