Snap poll! Lots of juicy personal details and decision required!
Here's the deal.
My g/f has been really cold and distant recently. Saturday was the final straw when she went home with another bloke
I have composed a letter basically saying I am unhappy with the way she was acting and asking her if she wants to continue the relationship.
I was due to shoot off to her place to deliver it in about 15 minutes, then i get a text from her apologising for being a bitch the previous month and asking me to take a day off work so we can be together.
So!
Do I:
a/ hold back on the letter and see what happens?
or
b/ deliver the letter anyway, she needs to know that she has upset me.
Or does anyone else have any other options I have not thought of?

Tough one this mate, I wouldnt deliver the letter but would let her know how your feeling/have felt recently.
I take it she didnt do anything with this other guy, or did she just not enjoy it..?

If I were you I would meet up with her, but take the letter with you. Sit down and try and tell her face to face what you have put in the letter and why you wrote it. If she doesn't let you talk then give her the letter.
By all means accept her apologies, but it is important she realises how you felt and it is eqaully important you understand her reasons for behaving the way she has.
Remember there's two sides to every story and you need her version of events.
Obviously this is only my opinion - good luck mate.

I intend to do the face to face thing, but everything that is a problem atm is in that letter and it sums up my feelings for her despite her behaviour.

dont send the letter!
Find out whats wrong face to face
Or go and have it out with her... big row and then make up sex
when you do go and see her- have the letter in reserve in case she is a wench and wont talk.

fair enough people cheat and recover to loving trusting relationships, but you need to be a little more dominating by the sounds of it

Treat your letter-writing as a way of getting your thoughts straight in your own head and preparation for a face-to-face discussion about why things aren't going so well.
For me, if she went home with another bloke, I wouldn't even bother with face-to-face or the letter. She'd be binned pronto.

AB - Have to echo what others have said and just say everything in the letter to her face. There's something not quite right, and it either needs sorting out, or it's time to part ways.

sorry to say this, but i don't think your girlfriend has any respect for you. If this is a serious relationship then she is taking the p**s out of you. I personally would never just leave my partner at a rave without telling him i was leaving never mind going off with another guy. If the shoe was on the other foot would she be ok if you went off with another girl? Don't give her the letter - instead sit down and discuss your relationship. Maybe she feels that this is perfectly acceptable behaviour - which you obviously don't. If this is the case you need to decide if this is the kind of relationship you want to be in, if not get out now before she hurts you anymore.

Personally I can't believe that she has any respect for you at all to do that. Either stop talking to her don't answer the phone to her etc and just move on with your life or give her one last good seeing to then dump her. If a relationship is to last she would have to put you feelings first even when angry and clearly she doesn't give a ****. There is no chance of this being a lasting relationship and the quicker you look for and find a girl who will genuinely care about you the better.
