Using kids to chase the Dragon
Saw a news report of some cow smoking heroin in a parked car. I call her a cow as she only had a toddler in the car holding a lighter for her as she inhaled the smoke. Some people...

No one else see this on the news then? CCTV footage of her in the drivers seat toking away with her daughter climbing all over her. Towerhamlets or some other den of despair for the poor residents that just want to live in peace.

Couple of tokes would have calmed the child down and she could have enjoyed herself in peace.
It must be a lot more difficult to do this with a car cigarette lighter. Anyway the kid does more than my lazy bitch, so it must do them some good.
