Question Music to exercise to?

From the occasional post, I know there is a good number of you that regularly workout. I'm getting a little bored with my current selection of music that I listen to whist exercising and wanted some inspiration.

What do you guys and girls listen to?

I guess it depends on what exercise I am doing, hill cycling then I want something slow with a heavy beat like Rammstein. Running and flat road cycling I want something faster like Blink182, Sum41 or Slipknot. Not everybodys taste in music I concede!

To complete a bike ride with a 2 minute uphill sprint - as much resistance as you can take and as fast as you can go to the William Tell Overture

My favourite cooldown track at the moment is Jan Hammer - Crockets Theme

Another vote for Rammstein. Also Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, Skinny Puppy. Anything with a heavy regular beat with some aggression seems to go down well.

Some very nice suggestions there peps!
Two votes for Rammstein eh? I guess that is the first I should check out then, is there any perticular album you would recommend to a newbie?.
I have a very varied taste in music, but for exercise I have to agree with the heavy beats with a little aggression 100%.
This weekend I think a trip to my local virgin megastore is required... I have never heard of some of these suggestions before I didn't think I was so out of touch!!?!

Keep the suggestions coming!

Thumbs up

well apart from Rammstein, Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson or Motley Crue's Kickstart my Hear. Nor for the faint hearted as the beats are rather fast!
I think I better calm down on the Rammstein in the car though, shouldn't really drive like that (but the carpark was empty!!!)

Try Nasenbluten - I think they're on the Industrial Strength record label.

[edit] or it might be Bloody Fist records come to think of it ..

I kickbox and train to Linkin Park-Meteora.

recently the jayZ Vs Linkin Park Cd has been a fav to train to.

I guess it depends on your adrenaline levels but everytime I hear the tune faint when im training I wanna smash crap out of the bag. Atleast I get a good 4 minutes of training!

I'll agree with the nods to Rammstein

I've got an ACDC live DVD that's superb to work out to.

subliminal message at all? has the same effect with me TBH, don't do any heavy training but this is the first thing that goes on when i've got the weights out

jayz v linkin park is just a total rush for the whole cd, 99 problems/one step closer is just a blinding finish. can quite easily knacker myself out in about half hour (but then i am totaly out of shape)
