Well it certainly doesnt work sending them to young offenders institutions!! I work with these horrible little tw*ts and they just arent phased by it. We discharge one and a month later they are back for the same crime again!!!
The comment about " have you seen Scum", thats what it was like in the 70's and 80s, now the do gooders have hold of it and the places are like holiday camps!!
Sorry to say that this piece of sh*ts stay at her majestys pleasure will have no effect at all!!

My understanding of the "driving ban" is it becomes effective once he's passed his test.
so 2 bans should, in theory, mean that he'll have to pass his driving test 3 times, including all that theory bollocks, before getting a licence.

I guess he'll be driving with no licence or insurance all his life then?
