Recommend me a helmet
The time has come to get a decent lid for track days and alike.
Been doing the usual trawling through demon tweeks etc etc and found loads but not sure which to go for ...Peltor, sparco, OMP etc etc.
I dont really want to spend more than about £200, maybe slightly more.
Dont like the full open face pixx pot style lid so it needs to be wrap round or full face. Needs good ventilation too obviously.
Any recomendations or sites??

Someone on here once said to spend as much as you think your head is worth...which is fine if I could find a currency low enough
I've tried a Peltor on and it seemed really good, plus it's good enough for a lot of the WRC crews

Note, the iridium visor is only used on trackdays, when riding bikes its taken off!
And a bit of advice 1. Every make of helmet fits your head in a diffrent way, so try them on in a shop first. Just like jeans/jumpers.
2. Make sure its comfortable, but 'not' loose around your head.
for £200/250 you will get yourself a very nice helmet. So take your time, try a few on and shop around a few local bike stores. At the end of the day, the internet might save you £20/50 quid, but you should try them on first.
