Can you recommend a new cellphone?
Hi
I currently have a Nokia 6310i which I would like to update. Previous phones were Sony Eriksson T68i (which I hated) & Nokia 6110 which was great. I bought the 6310i because I got irritated with the stupid delay when ending a call on the T68i. Bluetooth doesn't seem to work too well on my 6310i, even though I have updated the firmware. I use a BT headset when in the car.
I'd like a phone that I can receive email & possibly MSN Messenger would be useful for me. I like the look of the Moto V3, but I'm not sure how good the phonebook is. The V3 appears to have some type of messenger facility. I like on my 6310i how I can search the phonebook & make a call with only about 3 clicks. I also like the look of the Moto Smartphone MPX200, but it doesn't seem to have Bluetooth. The Smartphone idea looks good to me as the Outlook sync would be useful & it also has Messenger, But no Bluetooth is crazy!
Coverage in my local area means I can only consider Vodafone & T-Mobile. GPRS is patchy but ok.

Get an Orange SPV C500 smartphone. Some would argue that the Microsoft OS is not good, but it works so well with XP for outlook synching, mediaplayer synching (for MP3 playback), does MSN, surfs the web (you can set up accounts for POP3 mail as well as going to the special raw version of Yahoo for example). Main disadvantage is it's on Orange, but they'll do a price match against any other high street tariff except 3 using their OVP thing. The phone is small and is highly recommended in the gadget mags, plus its free. I can't really fault it.

Ive had in the last year - Sony Ericsson T610 & T630
Samsung & Siemens Flip phones all were good and on orange but sim free handsets
my latest is the LG8120 on 3 network, half price line rental @ £15 nicker a month for a year with 500 mins and 100 text to use at any time
the phone is pretty good unless u need bluetooth
its also dual roams with O2 network so when your not in a 3G area its covered
worth a try

Thanks guys
I can't consider Orange as there's not much coverage in Somerset. 3G is also no coverage. I've looked carefully at the Moto MPX200 & it really doesn't have Bluetooth - which is an incredible oversight I think, bluetooth is essential to me. So it looks like a Smartphone is out.
So, does anyone have any thoughts on the Moto V3? It has bluetooth & some sort of instant messenger. Does anyone have this phone?
