Remember the parking ticket I contested??

Anyway I logged onto the website today as on the ticket it says you can pay online, so I log on - key in the ticket number and voila:

Vehicle Registration Mark FG53YDU
Case Date 12/20/2004
Penalty Charge £0
Handling Charge £3
Total Charge £3

So have they dropped it? If I pay by cheque its nothing! or online 3 quid handling for zero payment - they havent written saying its been dropped???
LOL tossers, Im not paying a thing Ive screen dumped the website and they can kiss my ar53
Oh and I just checked the next number along and that one shows 30 quid
