Cloning just doesnt seem like a good idea - this cloned cat reminds me of The 6th Day where they have that 're-pet' cloning place.
Cant be long until we get cloned humans now can it (assuming its not already happened). Russia will probably develop the perfect soldier and then just make loads of clones of it or something - cant be a good thing.

I reckon they just went to the cats home with a photo, got a similar looking moggy and releived the daft bitch of a load of money.
Could sort of understand if somebody lost a child but I dont think it would be a good idea whatever the circumstance. It isnt the same animal or person, however much they look sound and act like them, no shared memories, in fact I think it could be more cruel than the actual loss in a lot of ways.
I am however looking forward to the Elvis comeback tour......

Anyone remember Dolly the sheep??? How long did that poor animal live, 6 years and died from arthritis. Imagine all the pissed off pet owners with huge vets bills to keep little kitty alive for 10 years, I don't think this is a good idea at all, who wants a new pet that is the same as the one thats just passed away, it would be kind of creepy, don't you think???
WRONG,WRONG,WRONG,sorry it's my feelings that people should leave this kind of thing well alone as who know what could happen, disease, crazy clones,ETC
