Ridiculous Optimax cost in Cardiff!
There is but one Optimax shoppe in Cardiff AFAIK and they want 94p a litre! I took trouble to find them and congratulated them on selling the hardest to find most expensive petrol in the UK!!! Littered with Elises and Scoobys it was too...
Kardiff lads, please tell me it isnt so as I move there in a week

94p isn't that bad for round here. It got up to 99p at the Shell Garage at Gordano services J19 M5 a few weeks ago!
I don't remember the last time I have seen it for less than 90!

Mate, again 'on principle' I never buy petrol at motorway services - even the Quavers are twice the price there and so they can stick their profiteering up their corporate ar$e!!!

Festival Park ( no, I don't frequent it at night!! ) in Hanley, Stoke on Trent.
75.9p per litre - filled up last night and nearly fell over.

Haverfordwest is 2 hours from Cardiff but then most cities are hours away from Haverfordwest.
Anyway, my local Shell garage had Optimax at 90.9p about 2 weeks ago and I'm not joking its gone down to 85.9p!!!!!
Got caught out and had to put BP Ultimate in it yesterday and it was 95.9 blinking shocking price.
And within a 20 miles radius of Haverfordwest, there are 3 or 4 oil refineries.

It may sound a long way but its only 5-10 mins along the motorway from the Pentwyn garage - unless of course the traffic is heavy or its rush hour in which case its 55mins

?) will surcharge any Scoobs other than mine and probably Sammyh's so hands off !!!! I work just a minutes from Rhiwbina in Llanishen, so our paths may well cross... and if you get stuck for Optimax you can always fill up at Safeway near Rhiwbina

Thanks chaps! I dont want to point any thieves to me new car after the Scoob was stolen, but if you see a silver estate gliding past you on the inside of that Safeway roundabout it might well be me Also I'm the only Audi that waves at Scoobs - confuses the hell out of you lot
